Laura, his "Lolli", took Arthur for a walk this morning and let him swing at the church right outside my office. I open the door because my office is always super cold. And what do you know, but Arthur was out there. Talk about a pleasant surprise.

We just got home from the hospital about 15 minutes ago and Sarah took this photo of me holding him in our kitchen before I go back to work.

Solomon's Last Night in the Hospital!

The NICU said they are planning on releasing Solomon tomorrow
sometime. I can't tell you how excited Sarah and I are. We spent
Tuesday night putting the final preparations for Solomon to come home.

Solomon Asleep During My Night Visit

I got to see Solomon after my night class Monday night. We're hoping
he comes home Wednesday or Thursday. This was taken late Monday night
in the NICU.

Monday Morning Update

As pictured earlier, Sarah and I got to hold Solomon for the first time on Sunday afternoon. He is still in the NICU and they are still watching him. We are trying to decide which tests to let them run and which tests to veto them running on him. He is improving and should finish his antibiotic cycle on Tuesday evening. We still don't know when we can go home WITH HIM, but we are going to visit him and spend time with him every chance we get.

Sarah got to feed Solomon tonight. He is about the same and we visit
him when we can. We still don't know anymore. Thanks for your
encouragement and prayers for Solomon and us.

My Late Night Visit

Solomon gave me a good glare as I stood with him Friday night.

Solomon Update.

Solomon is getting better. We haven't gotten to hold him yet. He is
getting more milk at each feeding and Sarah may get to nurse him in
the next few days. Things are normalizing more and more for Solomon in
the NICU. We are home because they didn't have any courtesy rooms
available for parents of NICU babies. We might get own when Sarah has
to nurse him regularly.

Solomon was workin' out his jaundice by layin' out today. He is
getting better each day and the doctors are liking his progress.

They're Sending Us Home...without Solomon.

Sarah gets to go home. But they have to keep Solomon another 5 days or
so. He has less wires and I took this pic after I got to feed him.
Tomorrow we might get to hold him! That is exciting.

Solomon's New Casts.

As of this afternoon, Solomon has two casts on his legs. This should
help his little feet grow to give him good support.

Still Waiting

It's 10:32 and Sarah is still in labor. We all are waiting for things
to happen. No real updates to speak of.

Awaiting Baby Number 2!!!

We are at the hospital after Sarah's water broke. Looks like we'll be
